Booking
We warranty the bookings made through our booking system. In order to book, you will need:
- a credit card
- an email account
Please check rooms and equipment of the apartment as you book it; some have more rooms, other may have special facilities. You need a valid email acount as arrival instructions will be mailed to you. Please check your spam folder after the booking, as our email by have been misclassified.
Also, please write your arrival time when you book the apartment. That will help us greatly to planify the cleaning etc. If you don't know at the time of your arrival, let us know by email before your arrival.
Prepayment
To secure the booking a 25% prepayment is required, that is made through a safe server (banking with paypal). Please do not close the paypal server after the payment until it returns to our website. Otherwise we would have to track it manually (don't worry, it wouldn't be lost in any case). Prepayment with ordinary bank transfer is available only in Spain, and in any case one week earlier than the check-in date.
Note that we have no access to your credit card details, and that we are a legally registered company.
Refund
Full refund (minus bank charges) until one month before arrival. We refund 50% until one week before, and after that date no refund is made. If you don't notify us your cancellation, you will be charged 50% of your stay through paypal claim service.
Check-in
The check in is fully automatic. You will be mailed the instructions with the code. I usually be available but please do not assume it, as while I teach I can't answer the phone. All has been set make check in easy for you.
Payment
Please clear the balance on your arrival or next day in the morning. We don't accept credit cards, but an ATM is available 100 m away. If you are concerned about security, we will be happy to walk you there.
Deposit
Our experience has been very happy so far so we don't collect deposit. Breaking dishes etc in normal use is acceptable, please let us know so we can replace them.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11am. Later departures will be permitted only if the apartment is not needed in the afternoon.
Civic rules
We are are running a family business, with closed contact with our customers (I live downstairs the appartment). I will be happy to assist you with any information or question. Obvious rules must be observed during your stay, specially silence after 10pm.
